Welcome to Bright Beginning By Siena

The early years — especially infancy and toddlerhood — can feel overwhelming. Whether you are a parent, caregiver, nanny, or early childhood educator, it’s natural to have questions, concerns, and moments of uncertainty. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

Bright Beginning by Siena offers personalized online coaching and developmental support for those caring for young children. My work is grounded in early childhood education, real-world experience with infants and toddlers, and a deep commitment to inclusive, respectful caregiving.

I specialize in infant and toddler development, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and supporting adults who care for children with diverse needs. Through gentle guidance and practical strategies, I help you build confidence and create nurturing environments where young children feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to supporting you.

About Siena

Warm, Experienced, and Thoughtfully Grounded in Early Childhood Practice

I’m Siena Lusterio, a Certified Parent Coach and Early Childhood Educator (ECE), and the founder of Bright Beginning by Siena.
I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience supporting children and families. My journey began in 2006 as an au pair in the Netherlands and Belgium, where I learned the importance of creating caring and supportive environments for young children and their families.

In 2009, I moved to Canada and continued my work in early childhood education. I became a certified Early Childhood Educator in 2018 and have gained extensive hands-on experience working in daycare settings, including providing one-on-one support for children with different developmental and special needs.

Through my experience, I understand how children grow, learn, and express themselves in their own unique ways. I have also seen how important it is for parents and caregivers to feel confident, supported, and understood.

At Bright Beginning by Siena, I provide compassionate, educational coaching for parents, caregivers, and educators who want to better understand young children. I help you respond with confidence, clarity, and care in your everyday interactions.

I also support children with different learning and developmental needs. With my experience, I help families create caring and responsive environments where children can grow and thrive.

Who i Support

I provide coaching and guidance for:

  • Parents of infants and toddlers
  • Caregivers and nannies
  • Early childhood educators
  • Families supporting children with diverse developmental needs
  • Professionals seeking reflective, inclusive practice support

Whether you are navigating daily routines, exploring developmental questions, or seeking reassurance and confidence, I am here to provide support, guidance, and practical strategies tailored to your needs.

Together, we create responsive, nurturing environments where children and adults can thrive.

My Approach

My approach is relationship-based, practical, and respectful. I believe young children thrive when the adults who care for them feel supported — not judged or overwhelmed.

As a Certified Early Childhood Educator, my coaching is grounded in early childhood education, lived experience, and inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming practices.

My services provide coaching and educational support, not therapy or diagnosis. I focus on helping you understand child development, strengthen everyday interactions, and create responsive, nurturing environments that support emotional well-being and learning.

Every family and educator is unique. I take the time to listen and tailor guidance to your needs, values, and real-life context.

How I Support Young Children

I support young children by supporting the adults who care for them. When parents, caregivers, and educators feel confident and informed, children benefit from calmer, more responsive environments.

Through coaching and developmental guidance, I help adults:

  • Understand infant and toddler development
  • Recognize and respond to children’s cues and behaviors
  • Support early emotional regulation and social development
  • Use inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming approaches

My focus is on everyday moments — feeding, play, transitions, rest, and connection — where meaningful development naturally happens.
